Free Consultations / Legal Fees

All consultations and telephone calls are free and there are no hourly rates or additional fees regardless of the number of court dates it takes to resolve your case. You will know exactly what it will cost for a trial, motion to dismiss or suppress evidence, or plea negotiation during your first meeting. Retainer fees are negotiable and payment plans are also available, to be put in writing for your consideration. The goal here is to allow you to make your decision and exercise your rights based on the facts of your circumstances, your case, and the law without your finances forcing a decision upon you.

Member of the Kane County Bar Association and Criminal Law Committee. Attorney Bruce Steinberg is the only attorney in Kane County to not only defend two clients in two separate jury trials in one day, but also earned a not guilty in both cases. Special attention is placed on understanding and working to achieve what each client wants under the circumstances faced, whether that result in trials, motions, or plea negotiations.
